Willy Packer B.Com	Willy Packer has been involved in the investment industry since 1980. He gained experience internationally as an institutional dealer and adviser in Japanese and Far Eastern equities and locally as an industrial analyst for two Perth stockbroking firms. In 1989 he become a director and major equity holder in a local stockbroking firm. In 1993 he established Packer & Co.
Alex Bagijn B.Com, M.Com, CFA	Alex Bagijn joined Packer & Co in 2023. He previously spent six years as a senior investment analyst at DR Capital, a WA-based family office. Prior to that, Alex spent four years at Orbis in London working as an investment analyst on the Global Equity fund. He joined them from Sydney-based Audant Investments. Alex started his career in banking at CBA and NAB.
Jock Packer B.Com, B.Sc	Jock Packer joined Packer & Co in 2020. He previously spent five years at Azure Capital, a Perth based corporate adviser working across a range of industries.

Chairman Nick Brasington B.Com	Nick Brasington retired from PwC at the end of 2018 after an international career spanning 35 years. Nick was a member of the PwC Global Assurance Leadership Executive which provides the strategic direction and oversight of all assurance services throughout its global network. During his career Nick held a variety of international leadership roles based in Melbourne, London, Lisbon, Central & Eastern Europe and Perth. His responsibilities included that of CEO, Markets Leader, Quality and Risk Leader, and Senior Engagement Partner specialising in assurance and capital market transactions. Much of his career has been focused within the global emerging markets. Nick is a Trustee of the SAS Resources Fund, a Member of the WA Cricket Foundation Board, and serves as a board member and advisor to a number of private and charitable organisations.

Director Ben Luscombe LLB, MAICD	Ben has practised law around the world for over 40 years, including as a partner of KWM (then Mallesons Stephen Jaques) for nearly 20 years and as a partner of Clifford Chance for 11 years. He is now an independent barrister. He has extensive experience representing clients in the oil & gas and mining sectors, and in corporate and shareholder disputes and investigations.
Director John Prevost BJuris, LLB	John has practised as a commercial lawyer for over 40 years and recently retired as a partner at MinterEllison where he continues to consult. During his career at MinterEllison he chaired the Perth office and was a member of the National Board. John is a strategic adviser to public and corporate clients on wide-ranging property matters, with a focus on major projects and developments.
